Carlee Martin, born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, second eldest of seven children. Carlee began doing her sisters hair at age 8. At twelve, Carlee was doing hair for many of her family and friends, who constantly encouraged her to pursue a career in cosmetology. In 2012, Carlee met Mr. Dowdell a master stylist, who became her teacher, mentor, and friend. He helped develop Carlee’s skills and knowledge as an apprentice, while she attended World Class Academy. In 2015, Carlee graduated from Lively Technical College as a Licensed Cosmetologist.

 

     In 2017, Carlee moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to further her education as a licensed cosmetologist. She obtained the opportunity to be a featured stylist at Pop Bliss wedding company. Carlee’s work has also been featured in B Collective magazine. Through booking several events like weddings, photoshoots, and working Atlanta Fashion Week, Carlee has now become a master stylist and truly made a name for herself.

 

 

     In 2019, Carlee took a leap of faith and opened Fierce Luks Salon. Captivated by cutting and styling, Carlee continues to reside in Atlanta, Georgia. Now, as a Master Cosmetologist, where she is a beauty and hair extraordinaire. Her passion makes Carlee what you would call a “fierce women of beauty!” She has the ability to make magic happen in her salon while also making her clients look and feel great. She manages this while raising two beautiful daughters. Meanwhile, she also enjoys staying connected to her growing social media following where she provides inspiration and motivation to younger women daily.

 

     With over ten years of experience in the beauty industry, Carlee focuses on her expertise maintaining her clients’ healthy hair, cutting and styling, texture hair and volume hair extensions. This has laid the groundwork for her reputation among an elite clientele who entrust her with their beauty needs. Carlee plans to continue staying true to her passion in the beauty industry for years to come. Carlee’s focus will always be educating, motivating, and demonstrating how each client can “Stay Fearless, Stay Fabulous, Stay Fierce.”
